Dear Liberty Lovers,
Please take note:
OPPORTUNITY for Cape School District Voters -
(From Kim Swartz)
In 2022, MO Congress passed a law requiring all MO public school districts to create and implement a “COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT” Plan.
Cape Schools adopted a new policy (they had to) titled KC. Now, as they design their policy and create their plan, the district asks for your input.
The district will host a meeting where YOU can engage with Board members and contribute your thoughts and desires as they develop ‘the plan’.
Monday, June 12th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and again from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
If you live in the Cape School District – I encourage you to attend. Have your input ready. Constructive, civil comment and suggestions, I expect, will be welcome.
They request that you register for the meeting(s) by going to CapeTigers.com. (I searched Community Engagement and it gave me the link.)
You can attend both sessions. They call these meetings “Listening Sessions”. This, IMO, again, implies – no engagement. However, I will not be closed minded, but instead, hopeful.
There is also a survey link they ask you to complete on the same page.

Here are 5 dates in SE MO to hear Bill Federer, including June 27th at our WTP meeting.
Bring a friend! He’s a great story teller concerning America’s Christian heritage.
