Beginner Canning Class, Water Bath (7/21)
Join us for a beginner level introduction to food preservation using water bath canning!
About this event
Choose from one of two dates, Thursday 7/21 at 6:30 pm or Sunday 7/24 at 2:30 pm. It will be the same content/class on both dates, so pick which works better for your schedule, both events will be in Highlandville, MO.
These classes will be a great introduction to canning for beginners. The focus will be water bath canning and this time will include demonstration and instruction, hands-on learning, as well as helpful handouts to take home and reference.
We will be canning strawberry jam together from start to finish that you will get to take home a freshly canned pint jar to enjoy!
Space is limited and advanced ticket purchase required for attendance to cover class supplies.
