Issues to be Voted On

By city and district, there will be various issues and positions voted on in April including school board, city leaders, sales and use taxes, school and fire district bonds, etc.

It is very important that you view a sample ballot that you will be voting on in advance so that you have ample time to meet, vet, and research candidates, and to fully understand what issues and taxes are being voted on.

Election Day

Check your Voter ID card for your assigned poll location.  Time?  All polls are open from 6 am – 7 pm on election day.  If you will be gone that day, you will need to plan for Absentee Voting, details are here: https://www.christiancountymo.gov/offices/county-clerk/absentee-voting/

Voters must show identification, examples include Voter ID Card, Driver’s License, College or Military ID, or utility bill.

Watch your mail for an updated Voter ID card if you had a change in poll place.
