How to Request the Cast Vote Records
At “The Moment of Truth Summit” that was held in Springfield, MO on August 20th and 21st, and was headed by Mike Lindell, we were asked to try and get our “Cast Vote Records”(CVR), also called a “ballot log”, or a “summary of ballots” and we are also supposed to request a “Ballot View Report” or it may be called a “ballot manifest report”. Even though there is a form that is included in these instructions, you will need to call your county and see if they have a “Public Records Request form” that you need to fill out. There could also be a charge for this. I would add a line in the request that has them let you know how much it will cost before they give you the file. It would benefit us to email these requests, so that we have the refusal in writing.

At the same time, you can also email elections@sos.mo.gov with the request. We do not know if this will work or not, but it is worth a try!
